Our client has an excellent opportunity for a Workshop Controller to work at their site in Essex
The position would suit someone with previous experience in the workshop, you must also have excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic and have a “hands on” approach. You must also be exceptionally well presented as you will be on the front desk of the car dealership.
Your duties will include:
• Delegating workloads and supervising technicians/apprentices within the workshop.
• Supervising the front service desk.
• Ensuring WIP’s deadlines are met and carried out in a cost effective manner.
• Liaising with customers to carry our additional work.
• Adhering to company’s Health and Safety regulations to prevent accidents within the workplace
• Extensive liaison with Service Department to ensure smooth running of all jobs carried out.
Motor Trade experience is essential.
